First, you should not be so rude. It considerably lowers the chance you'll get any answer from a representative.

Second, Zyxel Networks mainly focusses on networking devices, not Cloud Storage specifically. In most businesses you'll always end up using more than one brand of IT hardware/services. It is appealing if a brand offers a complete spectrum - the one stop shop - but there's always some device that doesn't quite fit the intended task in your business. And eventually after a while you'll be replacing it by a different brand. That's from my 30 years experience.
Zyxel network hardware usually fits perfectly and for other tasks/functions we use other brands.
