zyxel gs1920-24

I have an question about nebula with my gs1920-24 switch.

I have this switch connected with nebula. (green led cloud active). for example i can activate the locator led from nebula. But i mis much information, like: port status. i can not see if an port is active or not. all ports are grey. I also cannot see the local ip adresses in nebula. But changing from dhcp to static ip, is functioning. I allready did the following:

reboot switch.

installed an firmware update.

pushed the reset button, and after it the restore button.

non of these solved the problem.

who can help me?

sorry for the late reply, its cloud saving mode .

after disabling it, it worked again.
