WiFi stops working and needs to be reset every 7-10 days

We've had this router for about 6 months now. It was quite an ordeal to get us to where we are because he kept having issues with other routers and our phone system. Other routers allowed hackers to access our phones and cause disruption at work. I provide this background because I'm very wary of changing any settings on the router in fear that our issues with hacking will return...
About 3 months ago, our WIFI stopped working. I logged into the router to check the WIFI name and password and everything was correct but wireless devices could not connect using the (correct) information. So I renamed the Network and changed the password, restarted the router and then it worked again. Well, this happens about every 7-10 days now. So I have to completely rename and reset the WIFI information on a weekly basis.
It's not the end of the world but it's disruptive to our workplace to have to do this so often. Can anyone provide insight into why this is happening and how it can be resolved?
I have a Zyxel USG20W-VPN. Not sure what other information is needed but I'm happy to provide it if you tell me.
Kind regards,
Lacy

@Depeshev
Since before we released the v4.33 firmware, some wifi issues were still investigating.

However, we will release the patch firmware which include the other wifi fixes by the end of Feb.0 -
When released new stable firmware?
