    Hi @tonabteilung

Thank you for providing the information.

I would like to double-confirm the issue. Can other devices (Android or Windows) connect to the 5GHz of the affected AP?

Exactly. I couldn't try with android (due to the lack of devices), but with a Windows-Laptop it is possible.

    Hi @tonabteilung

Could you please help collect the recent diagnostic info specifically for the affected AP?

We need this information for the time period when iOS devices were unable to connect, while Windows devices were able to connect to the 5GHz band. This will help us pinpoint the issue more accurately.

Also, please share the MAC address of tested devices via private message

    Thank you for your assistance.

That's exactly what I sent you in the last PM at15.5.
I wrote you the MAC-Adresses of Win and iOS-Device and sent you the diag-Files.
The problematic AP is the one with 246 at the end of the filename.

Do you need it once again, or can you work with the files from 15.5.?

    Greetings

    Noted

Did you inactivate the Radio 2 (for 5GHz) in the diag file that sent us on 15/5?

I think I inactivated it in the middle of the diag-Files

    Hi @tonabteilung

As the 5GHz band has been deactivated, we are currently unable to check the connection records for devices on this band accurately.

To further investigate the issue with Apple devices connecting to the 5GHz band of the AP (.246), could you please help configure a separate SSID exclusively for this access point on the 5GHz band? This step will help us isolate the problem and determine if it occurs specifically when devices connect to this AP's 5GHz band.

Once the separate SSID is configured and the issue reoccurs, please capture the diagnostic information and make a note of the station MAC address and timestamp. This data will enable us to analyze the connection logs and conduct a more detailed investigation to address the problem effectively.

Thank you for your collaboration in resolving this issue.
