Can I use Port Isolation in conjunction with Link Aggregation on my GS1200 series switch?

No, Port Isolation cannot be used simultaneously with Link Aggregation on the same port. They are mutually exclusive features because Port Isolation is intended to restrict port-to-port communication, while Link Aggregation is used to increase bandwidth by combining multiple ports.
