cant find my model number on this website

trying to search for my model number on the website but it doesnt show as an option, nor can i register my device on the ZYXEL dashboard

hi, thanks for the help. my model is EX5401-B1. what is nebula CC? all i want to do is update my network driver so i can play games.

EX5401-B1 is similar to EX5401-B0. Here's the web page of the EX5401-B series.

If you want to upgrade your model, please contact your ISP for help. We could not provide you with a firmware file due to the contract.

Additionally, Nebula CC is a cloud management software to centrally manage the Zyxel firewall/switch/access point. However, the EX5401-B series model doesn't support Nebula CC.
