SSL VPN disconnection problems on windows 11 client

Hi,

We are facing a connectivity issue on a win 11 laptop (ASUSPRO P3540FA)

The connection works fine on Ethernet, but drops over Wifi after few seconds.

We have ZyWall SecuExtender 4.0.4.0 client installed.

Here are some things we tried in order to fix the issue:

• Reinstalled the VPN.
• Updated Windows11, BIOS and Wireless network card.
• checked MTU value on TAP Windows Adapter which is currently set to 1370 as mentioned on a related post.

But no success.

Can you please help up solving the issue?

Welcome to the Zyxel community. Please update to the latest SSL VPN client version 4.0.5 and verify its functionality.

If you continue to experience disconnection issues with the SSL VPN connection, please navigate to Monitor > Log > View Log to check for any blocked or disconnected log messages. Thank you.
