GS-108S v2 8-Port Desktop Gigabit Ethernet Media Switch not working.

I have had the product for a few months but all of a sudden it just doesn´t work. Only the light signifying the power is green and all other ports don´t light up. The product is plugged in and I can even feel the warmth coming off of it but it doesn't send any internet through. Is this a fixable problem? I don't see any ways I could reset it or something. Is the product broken for seemingly no reason or might this just be a bug? Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello @ants

To better diagnose the issue with your GS-108S v2 switch, could you please perform a loop test by connecting two ports on the switch directly with a single network cable? After setting up the loop, observe the LED lights on the switch and please let us know the status of these LEDs during the test.

Each port has an LED that shows the link status and activity; amber indicates a 10/100 Mbps connection, and green indicates a 1000 Mbps connection.
