Nebula switches are configured to use 0.pool.ntp.org and 1.pool.ntp.org as their default Network Time Protocol (NTP) servers. This configuration ensures that all devices connected to the Nebula Control Center maintain accurate and synchronized time settings to display correct device status, uplink usage, logs, and even device online for the first time.
If you've observed any of the symptoms listed above, you should ensure your switch's time is properly synchronized. Besides, confirm with your ISP that access to 0.pool.ntp.org and 1.pool.ntp.org is allowed.
