[solved][VMG8825-T50] Unable to connect a machine

Hello,

I've got a new modem-router (VMG8825-T50, firmware V5.50) and I've got an issue.

One of my computer doesn't appear in the UI. But I can reach it in SSH, Webdav or by mounting a samba share. It slow but it works.

This computer run Proxmox and two VM. None of these two VM can be reach.

Do you have an idea about this issue ?

Which version of v5.50 do you have please?

V5.50(ABOM8.3)C0 is the latest firmware available (dated March 2024) to download at https://www.zyxel.com/uk/en-gb/support/download?model=vmg8825-t50k

Hi,

I've an update. This morning, I've try to obtain the VM list. Proxmox give me an error which help to solve some things by editing /etc/hosts.

Now, I can access to GUI of my Proxmox machine, but it is not recognize in Zyxel UI. The VM are up, but they haven't access to Internet.

I suspect a problem with my Proxmox configuration, are you agree with me ?

New update.

The problem with the VM is solved. A service was down. There is still a problem with my Promox machine : it is not detected by my modem-router but works.

Do you think it is important ?
