Change logging intervals w/o rebooting?

Settings I want to change:
/ logging send device-information "interval" "3600"
/ logging send system-status "interval" "60"
/ logging send interface-statistics "interval" "60"
Is this possible without uploading a .conf and rebooting?
@Zyxel: this should REALLY be in the web options!
Also for older models!
You have a trillion fields, but this would have over-convoluted the UI?
The default 60 seconds on most devices spams the logging server with a pile of statistics every time. At least 15 each minute. Consolidation on the F200H is set to 600, but that doesn't seem to help.
