NBG7510 running V1.00 (ABZY.6)C0 not showing all my devices anymore. Why?
Hi Zyxel,
My NBG7510 running V1.00(ABZY.6)C0 is not showing all my devices anymore in the WebGUI.
It has been running without a reset for 43 days.
The connectivity picture is only showing 2 hosts connected to the router, which is a reflection of how many NAT sessions the NBG7510 thinks it has, see below.
But I have more than 2 devices working fine on the LAN to the NBG7510.
A reset will probably fix it cosmetically, but does this mask something deeper…
Thoughts?
Kind regards,
Tony

Hi @tonygibbs16
Thanks for the feedback.
Do you mean there are four devices should be shown on the topology before, and indeed the devices show on the topology, however, there is only two devices left on the topology?
What are the missing devices, are they wireless client or wire clients?0 -
You're welcome @Zyxel_Jerry . Thanks for your reply.
Until recently, there were more than 4 devices showing under Traffic Status → NAT and on the topology diagram.
A mixture of wired and wireless clients were showing.
Please let me know if you want any logs before I reset the NBG7510.
Kind regards Tony

Could you send us the configuration file and the login password in private messgae, we would like to check if there is any difference of the configuration.

Hi @Zyxel_Jerry
Thanks for your help. It should be in your Inbox, and a syslog extract.
Kind regards,
