Up time UI not loading in V1.20

USG FLEX 200H V1.20(ABWV.0)

Everything now has spinning circles in UI then I see this:

After 10mins the UI loads fine my site to site on USG60W show its not connected then if I go to IPSec VPN on FLEX200H the UI goes back spinning circles would you like to remote check it?

Moreover, did you collect anything like console log or diaginfo after you noticed the issue?
