Hi,

Could you please confirm if the IPSEC VPN CLIENT WIN/MACOS license is necessary for the USG Flex100H?

In case of a negative response is there a free-of-charge way to connect to the firewall by VPN?

Also, from which macOS version does the Zyxel VPN client start to be supported?

Yes, IPSec VPN CLIENT WIN/MACOS license is necessary for the USG FLEX 100H of you'd like to use the following VPN client on Windows or macOS.

Windows (IPSec VPN & SSL VPN): IPSec_SSL_VPN_7.7.40.019(subscription_based)

macOS (IPSec VPN & SSL VPN): IPSec_SSL_VPN_3.2.4.19(subscription_based)
System requirement: macOS 11 or above (including macOS 14 Sonoma)

You can purchase the license at Zyxel Marketplace.

If you need free-of-charge way to connect to the firewall by VPN, download VPN Configuration and use Native VPN client on Windows and macOS.
