XGS3700-24 firmware upgrade

i have a XGS3700-24 running V4.10(AAGC.1) firmware.  I would like to upgrade the switch to the most current firmware.

Do I need to upgrade one step at a time or can I jump directly to the current firmware?

Based on our standard procedure, it's highly recommended to upgrade the firmware by one step one time to ensure the system integrity.
In your case, you should upgrade the firmware to 4.20 firstly and then to 4.30.
