Inquiry Regarding SecuExtender Compatibility with Windows Mobile Devices

We are a client currently utilizing SecuExtender to establish VPN connections between our remote retail locations and the AS400 server located at our central headquarters, which is equipped with an ATP100W firewall.

We are currently seeking to expand VPN usage to our Windows Mobile terminals to enable secure access to network resources.

However, when attempting installation, we encounter the following error message: "'SecuExtenderSetup' is not a valid Windows Embedded Compact application."

We would like to inquire whether Zyxel provides a version of SecuExtender compatible with Windows Mobile devices or if there are alternative or recommended solutions to allow Windows Mobile terminals to securely connect to our VPN.

We appreciate your assistance in this matter and kindly request any useful information or guidance you can provide.

    Thank you for your update. The SecuExtender VPN client may not support for installation in the Microsoft Windows Embedded Compact 7 OS. Do you want to utilize the Datalogic Skorpio X4 to establish with the ATP100W? Thanks.

    May we know which Windows Mobile device you installed the SecuExtender VPN client on? What is the version of SecuExtender that you installed? Currently, the SecuExtender software can only be installed on the Windows PC platform operating system. Do you know which VPN type is supported on your Windows mobile device? Thanks.

    I have not installed SecuExtender on Windows Mobile.
    I tried using the Windows PC client version because I didn't know how to fix the problem.
    It was just an attempt.
    The device is a Datalogic Skorpio X4 with Microsoft Windows Embedded Compact 7.
