pppoe connection not working
i recently took a vodafone connection in germany. they shared me a username and passowrd for pppoe. i tried all possible ways to connect but internet is not working.
its shows red sign for internet to router.
what is the issue here? my model is NBG7510

Welcome to the forum.
Can you please let the forum know what version of firmware your NBG7510 is running?
Section 8 of the NBG7510 user guide, available at https://www.zyxel.com/us/en-us/support/download when you put NBG7510 in the search box, says that you also need the 802.1p priority value and the 802.1q VLAN number when setting up a broadband pppoe connection.

Did Vodafone give you these 802.1p and 802.1q values in addition to your username and password?
