modem del1312-t10b problem doesn't work

after config internet lights turn to green and everything look good but when i connect to the modem with laptop or phone say you won't connect to internet i try wifi and cable but nothing work

i do everything update firmware and reset factory and config again everything normal but wont connect to the internet
