Want to disable WPS but button is greyed out

Hi

I want to hide my SSID, but when I try to do this, I have a message "Hide SSID does not support WPS 2.0. You should disable WPS in WPS page."

But when I go the WPS pane, the WPS button greyed out, what can I do ?

Looking at the user guide available at https://spdl.zyxel.com/AX7501-B0/user_guide/AX7501-B0_V5.15-V5.17%20Ed%202.pdf it says the below:

Are you using more than 1 SSID?

If so, then the above might explain why the WPS button is greyed out.
