port forwarding on VMG4005 modem

    its a transparent bridge so unless your ISP is doing NAT connecting a PC to it you get the WAN IP everything is forwarded.

    i don't have it set up as bridge at the moment, i have it in routing mode with pppoe connection to isp gateway because otherwise with bridge mode ON, I wasn't able to get management of the VMG modem visible on my local network, only when i hooked directly into it's lan port. so practically I am double natting now, that's why i am asking if the vmg4005 can port forward in this case.
