Hello everyone,
Recently we've been reported some cases about SSL-connection (HTTPS) problem when using Firefox/Chromium to access the Web-GUI. The browser pops out an error message "SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP" through Firefox and "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH" through Chromium.
This issue can be highly related to the SSL-inspection-module on your Anti-Virus softwares. It seems to block certain self-signed certificate of the switches and causes a connection denial.
As almost all Anti-Virus engines today support the SSL inspection through MITM, try disabling the function when you have such problem.
