    This is already in the forum for a while - without any useful solution… :-(

    The only ugly solution I found is a reboot of the firewall……. say hello to the terrible H-series launch… urggghhh…

    In 1.21(ABWV.0) they removed the error notice. Now you get spinning circles in dashboard and 'No Data' in every other section. Reboot still required to get it to work again.

    The ID 20001 is solved in latest firmware V1.21. As for the new issue with spinning circles on the dashboard and 'No Data' in every other section, could you please let me know which browser you are using? I'll check on my lab device to investigate further.

    Firefox.

    As I've said before, only display of the error was fixed, but not the root cause. In 1.10 we got spinning circles on system dashboard and everything else just didn't display, in 1.20 we got error display instead, in 1.21 we get spinning circles again and everywhere else we get 'No Data". GUI can't load device configuration

    That occurs every 7 to 10 days.

    Happened again 7 days after last reboot. Also tried with Chrome, Edge and Vivaldi. Same issue in all browsers.

    I'm so glad I double checked the forums and reviews before I bought this router! I was 1 day away from placing the order and thought, man this thing is too new, better do some research. Yeesh
