lost Private Encryption Key

there is any way to recover Private Encryption Key from saved configuration?

Not from config file. You have to ftp in device. Certificates and private keys are stored in 'cert' directory. Private keys have 'prv' extension.

This files remain after device reset? can I get the key from this file?

Yes, if you hold the reset button for less than 30 seconds.
Not sure if you hold it for longer than 30 (complete device reset to factory defaults). Didn't test that.
