Zyxel offers two types of mobile routers: those compatible with Nebula and those that are not. Here’s how you can verify compatibility:

  1. Check for a Nebula Label: Examine your device for a Nebula compatibility sticker. If no sticker is present, your router likely does not support Nebula integration.
  2. Compare Firmware Versions: Review the firmware version on your device’s GUI and compare it to the versions listed as compatible with Nebula. If there is a discrepancy, your device’s firmware may not support Nebula features.
