How to Troubleshoot No 5G Signal/Connection Issues on Zyxel Mobile Router?

If you have an 5G SIM installed but cannot get a 5G signal on the Zyxel device, using the 4G cellular connection, please follow the below steps to further try:

Resolution Steps:

1. Contact ISP to ensure your region with sufficient 5G signal coverage.

2. Adjust the facing angles of the device's directional antennas to be more aligned with the cellular tower.

3. Go to the device's local GUI login: Sidebar Network Setting >> Broadband >> Cellular Band, In the settings, switch the access technology to 'NR5G-NSA/4G(Auto Switch)' and click Apply.
