Why Does My AP Display Abnormal Few Usage / 0 Usage in the Summary Report Page?

If the AP shows abnormal usage (0 bytes or almost 0), check if it is operating in Smart Mesh Repeater mode (wirelessly deployed).
If it is, the symptom aligns with the design mechanism. In this mode, traffic ultimately passes through the root AP's uplink port. The current Nebula design accumulates the repeater AP's usage on its root AP's uplink, resulting in very little or no usage appearing on the Summary report page.

If your AP with abnormal data usage is displayed without running in repeater mode, please further contact ZYXEL support for a detailed investigation.
