How to create ticket through Circle?

If you encounter a problem with the licenses, orders, and payment, follow the path below to create a ticket to reach Zyxel Support's help!

Step 1: Navigate to the "Help" button at the upper right corner, and choose "Contact US"

Step 2: Choose "Report Problem"

Step 3: Please select the problem category, and share the problem with us. Then click "Submit"

Step 4: When you submit the information, you'll see the notice!

Once the ticket has been created, you can check the ticket through "History Cases"
