Zyxel GS1500 undetected management IP & Defective ports

Hello Zyxel Support Team, I would like to ask assistance for possible causes or reasons why I cannot find the management IP address for our Zyxel GS1500-24P (Serial Number: 2110H34009498, Ethernet Address: CC5D4E396A60). I have tried using the Zyxel One Network Utility, but it still cannot locate the device. Additionally, Switch Ports 13, 14, 15, 16, and 18 are not working

    The GS1500-24HP doesn’t support ZON utility management. To locate your switch's IP, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check your router's DHCP table to see if the switch's IP address is listed.
    2. If you can't find it, try resetting the switch to factory defaults. The factory default IP for the GS1500-24P is 192.168.1.1.

    Regarding the issue with ports 13, 14, 15, 16, and 18 not working, please check if the LINK/ACT LED lights are on or blinking. If none of these ports are responding, there might be a hardware issue with the switch. Since this switch model has reached its End of Life (EOL) status, we recommend upgrading to a new switch model for optimal performance and ongoing support.
