I face this problem since some days on a Zywall 1100.

According to VPN100: Repetitively error: myZyXEL.com Certificate download geometry dash lite has failed, there was a similar issue reported, and it was fixed on the update server.
Make sure your device is running the latest firmware version. If not, consider updating it to see if the issue persists.

I also read that post. But my Zywall 1100 seems to run the latest firmware version.
When I check old e-mails, it seems that this problem happend more than one time before but stopped after a while. I do not know how or why. Maybe someone from @zyxel can help here?
