Why my switch cannot sync the access L3 license?

Please check if your switch:

  1. Has a default gateway and can connect to the Internet.
  2. Has set domain name server (DNS server) to be able to resolve the domain.
  3. Check if your firewall denies *.myzyxel.com.
  4. Check if your switch system time is not up to date. Please correct the system time or synchronize with the time server.
  5. Check if your firewall block port 80(HTTP)/443(HTTPS).
