Why does my switch keep going online and offline?

This could because:

  1. Uplink unstable. Please check your modem/firewall’s internet connection and the connection between the modem/firewall and the switch.
  2. The MTU size of the modem/firewall is not the default value (1500 bytes). Please change the MTU size back to the default value.
  3. There is an IP conflict. You can change the IP address of your switch or check the ARP table on your firewall, if it supports this function, and find the conflict device.
