Why is the switch offline during working hours but online out of working hours?

This is more likely because there is an IP conflict in your network.
Please try:
- Change your switch's IP address first.
- Check the ARP table on your firewall, if it supports this function, and find the conflict device. Once you find it, please change its IP address.
