Changing the IP address of a switch in the Nebula Cloud Networking platform is a straightforward process. This can be useful if you need to reorganize your network or align your IP scheme. Follow these steps to change the switch IP on Nebula:

Steps

  1. Log in to Nebula Control Center:
    • Go to the Nebula Control Center and log in with your account credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Site:
    • Select the organization and site where the switch is located.
  3. Go to the Switch Settings:
    • From the Nebula Control Center dashboard, navigate to Configure > Switches.
  4. Select the Switch:
    • Find the switch whose IP address you want to change. Click on the switch to open its configuration settings.
  5. Change the IP Address:
    • In the switch configuration page, navigate to the IP Settings section.
    • Select the Static IP option if it is not already selected.
    • Enter the new IP address, subnet mask, and gateway information as needed.
    • Click Save to apply the changes.
