Can't get GS1350 to connect to Nebula

The possible reason that a GS1350 cannot get online to Nebula, but the network can reach to interface is because the Nebula Control Center(NCC) Discovery is disabled. Please refer to the like below to enable the option.
Please note that GS1350 with firmware v4.90 does not have this issue. The NCC Discovery is default enabled.
