Channel Utilization refers to the percentage of a wireless channel's capacity that is currently in use. High channel utilization can indicate network congestion, leading to slower network performance. On Nebula, you can monitor channel utilization for the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz channels. To view this data:

  1. Log in to the Nebula Control Center.
  2. Navigate to the device > Access Point.
  3. Ensure that the "Channel Utilization 2.4 GHz," "Channel Utilization 5 GHz," and "Channel Utilization 6 GHz" options are checked in the settings.

Alternatively, click on the access point on this page, and you will see an image displaying the AP's channel utilization as attached image
