The Nebula Base Pack provides the essential features for everyday AP configuration, monitoring, and management, and can be used without an additional license.

The Nebula Pro Pack extends these capabilities with more advanced features designed for environments that require enhanced wireless security, authentication, troubleshooting, and network visibility.

For Nebula Access Points, some key features available with the Pro Pack such as:

  • Dynamic Personal PSK (DPPSK) for more flexible and secure WiFi access management
  • WiFi Aid and Connection Logs for identifying client connection and authentication issues
  • Wireless Health for monitoring the overall health and performance of the wireless network
  • Roaming Dashboard for analyzing client roaming behavior between APs
  • Advanced authentication and access control capabilities for more complex wireless deployments
  • Longer historical data retention for reviewing past network events, statistics, and performance
  • ….etc

In general, the Base Pack is sufficient for standard AP deployment and day-to-day management, while the Pro Pack is recommended when more advanced authentication, troubleshooting, visibility, or management capabilities are required.
