SLA in my license

Our IT Audit would like to know any SLA for our license in the firewall and Access point. So where I can get the information?

We are using some USG FLEX 100, 100W and NWA50AX. Thanks!

Not information. I mean we are using your subscription for my firewall. So do you have any SLA for my subscription such as Threat Management, Log Management, Network-Based DDoS Mitigation, Firewall, Intrusion Detection ,Integrity Monitoring, Incident Response
