What could be the reasons caused AP FTP firmware upgrade failed?

If you encountered issue with AP upgrade failed by using ZON utility or FTP command, you may further check:
- The AP firmware image, please confirm the firmware .bin file model ID matches your AP.
- Windows Firewall, please try disable the Windows firewall and upgrade again after the firmware file has checked.
If the issue persists, please contact ZYXEL local support for further investigation.
