What could be the reasons caused AP FTP firmware upgrade failed?

If you encountered issue with AP upgrade failed by using ZON utility or FTP command, you may further check:

  1. The AP firmware image, please confirm the firmware .bin file model ID matches your AP.
  2. Windows Firewall, please try disable the Windows firewall and upgrade again after the firmware file has checked.

If the issue persists, please contact ZYXEL local support for further investigation.
