I can not login to router - tried everything

I have a WX3401-B0

I have tried what seems like everything to login to my router.

I get the login page at 192.168.1.1 where i input the username ‘admin’ and password stated on the sticker on the back of the router.

I have tried factory resetting, which I know is done correctly as the lights have been flashing after holding the reset button. And the password is 100% correctly written (case sensitivity and all). In desperation I’ve also tried other password commonly used in previous models (1234).

Despite this I am still unable login!
