can't Firmware Upgrade for Zyxel NR5103E

The current update for my Zyxel NR5103E is V1.00(ACBJ.0)b12, and when I try to update it to V1.00(ACBJ.0)b15, I get an error message saying:
Firmware download has stopped. Please check your internet connection or try again later.

Can you share how you upgrade the FW?
Please screenshot the page you see the error message.
When error message jump out, is the internet connection function well?
