Deactivating IPSec VPN Client from a pc (to use it in another machine)

Hi, I have an issue with IPSec VPN Client activated with the serial key on a pc.
I'd like to deactivate it, but I can't uninstall it manually, because I can't have the physical pc at hand.
What I basically would like to do is to deactivate said license key in the vpn software on a certain pc, and then in the future, use the same license key on another machine.
