How can I download the latest firmware version for USG FLEX and ATP series?
Answer:
To obtain a new firmware for USG FLEX and ATP series:
- Login to your myZyxel.com account at https://portal.myzyxel.com.
- Navigate to Devices Management > Firmware Download. Select the model and firmware version. Click "Download" to download the firmware.
Note: Only the latest three versions are available on myZyxel.com. if you need 5.37 Patch 0 for ZTP purpose, you can find the version in this article.
