[Nebula] I cannot use native mode to register and deploy my firewall on Nebula

Question:
I cannot get a USG FLEX to register and connect to Nebula. It is not showing as connected on Nebula. Native mode is greyed out and unable to connect USG FLEX to Nebula. How to make my firewall active and online on Nebula?

Answer:
It is probably that your device is too old to be deployed using Native mode.
Note: The serial number starting with S23xxxxxxxxxx or S24xxxxxxxxxx does not have such issue.

Hence, you can only use ZTP mode to deploy. Please use the command "show version" to check the firmware version on your USG FLEX.

ZTP mode is removed from 5.37 P1.
[Nebula] Why can't I use ZTP to provision a firewall to Nebula?

If the firmware version on your USG FLEX is 5.37 P1, 5.37 P2 or 5.38, please downgrade it to 5.37 P0.

After firmware downgrading, reset the device by pressing the RESET button on the front panel of the device (Do not enter any commands on SSH or console after you press RESET). Follow the steps to deploy the device via ZTP mode.
How to register and unregister USG FLEX series on Nebula Control Center (NCC)?

The USG FLEX is be able to be online. Then login nebula and upgrade the firmware via nebula.
