Zyxel Nebula Access points connection issues

We have a customer with some issues with wifi. we have installed 4 Access points.

the issue is very low throughput. speedtest gives us 0.4Mbit/s

And to be honest i have limited understanding at the moment about wifi, so i want to start with some basic questions. When i look in nebula, to the clients, i see the TX rate and RX rate values. some are low (arround 24, but others are highter then 200).

should it be low or high?

Hi @Dpj,

This is more likely because the signal strength is low. The low signal strength will cause the wireless link speed to became low as you encountered.

Could you help to enable Zyxel support for us to check?
