[Nebula] How to turn on Zyxel Support Access?

If you have a Nebula product problem and you want Zyxel support check your setting if it is correct, you can turn on "Invite Zyxel support as administrator" function. When you enable the function, Zyxel support can look at the setting and event log on your Nebula organization.

1.  click the "Help" button with question mark circle icon at the top bar.

2. Go to the bottom of the page.

Still need help? > Support Request

3.  enable "Invite Zyxel support as administrator" and write the expired days
(default 21 days)

4.  save the setting in the bottom right corner
