License Status Deferred

Hi team,

I've bought an "USG FLEX 200; Gold Security Pack" which is now linked to one of my FLEX 200 but shown as deferred while using the Zyxel's dashboard. This USG FLEX is not receiving any updates because the license doesn't seem to be activated. The Serial number of the affected device is ***********, could you have a look ? In case you need any other information just ask.

Due to the Nebula Pro 30-day trial license still having 3 days until expiration, the GSP license remains in deferred status. To resolve the issue:

• Option 1: Wait until June 30 when the Nebula Pro trial expires; the GSP will activate automatically.
• Option 2: Confirm if you need the GSP activated now, and we can help cancel the Nebula Pro trial license.

Note: We have already removed the serial number for you.

Honestly we don't use Nebula and we'd like to get GSP activated ASAP. We have been missing updates since may 30th getting a little bit worried
