Firmware updated but unable to login

I am very upset as I did firmware updated but after successful upgraded to latest firmware. I went to web 192.168.1.1/login and put username and password but it won't let me login in. I try factory resetted but still the same all the times. I try PuTTy and it seem both username and password was correct. But Why on web it won't logged in. Very frustrating.

Instructions: download WinSCP here: https://winscp.net/eng/download.php

Install WinSCP and login like this below

when logged in, choose firmware latest version from desktop on the left side (PC) and now click fw folder on the right side (router) and click upload firmware to the router and check the router for red flashing light and wait until it all completed, then closed WinSCP and go to website 192.168.1.1 and enter username and password (from your router label) as you will be able to logged in and see all factory resetted because the router will ask you to choose new password to change the login.

Hope this will help other if they get struggling with 553 Can't open that file: Permission denied

Are you able to say which firmware version you have upgraded your XMG3027-B50A to please?

After a factory reset, the user name should be admin

The password after a factory reset will be the one written on the label on your device.

Firmware version was upgraded. Factory resetted. Reboot router. Went to 192.168.1.1 and username is admin and password was the same as the label on the router but keep ended up saying setting not successful. Please try again. (401 Unauthorized) firmware version XMG3927-B50A_V5.13(ABMT.0)C0

I only successful login on Putty and Firezilla accept both login username and password but can't get logged in on web 192.168.1.1 keep ended up saying setting not successful. Please try again. (401 Unauthorized) so I can't setup broadband setting!

I do not know how you now get onto this, if you are locked out.

That's the problem. How to access and updated to this latest firmware - can't do it via web. The only way to do it via firezilla, maybe Zyxel will know or have to send the router to them to get it recovery back.

If you can select Firmware Upgrade under the Maintenance menu in the web interface then you can do the firmware upgrade following https://www.manuals.co.uk/zyxel/xmg3927-b50a/manual?p=371

Else, you will need to return it to Zyxel.

PS: some people have opened their Zyxel routers up and used a UART interface to try to fix things, but it is not easy ..

Look likle I have to send the router to Zyxel but I don't know how to contact them because I put serial number as it say I am out of warranty and end of lifetime. :(

This is a local network connection , you said that you can login to your device via ssh and filezilla so may be you can login via ftp too ?
