Hi! Please, can someone help me with a PX3321-T1 device? Just bought a brand new equipment, but I'm unable to configure it to connect with my ISP thorough optical fiber… I've done a complete reset using the switch on the device, but after logging in again, there's no execution of the first time password change and the quicksetup wizard… Not even a button to call this… In the available options, there's only WiFi network config, DNS and NAT. No option to set my broadband interface, configure stuff like user accounts, firewall, DHCP, firmware upgrade and others… Is this a firmware bug? A controller is needed? Anyone can say what is going on with the device? Thanks in advance.

Hi! I want to thank you by this help, but I've decided to return the equipment to the seller… The seller provided another password, different from the one in the equipment tag… I guess some kind of Supervisor password… With this one, all the setup options appeared as expected and I configured the wan interface link but with no luck… The PON interface not worked and the second led of the device was just blinking the whole time… My GPON status pointed that I got the RX (or TX, I don't remember certainly) level of the link as OK, but no the other one (-400 DBm). So, considering the possibility of an additional problem involving the optical fiber or some kind of port security action at my ISP side, I quit. My provider is the Oi (tried to contact their support too, but this ISP is a shame at all), from Brazil and I've sent an e-mail message to Zyxel Support @ Brazil, but no answer at this time… I had a lot of expectative with this device, but at this time, the things not worked as they need to be… That's all… Thanks anyway…
