How To Reset Access Point? (Hardware Reset & Nebula Reset)

Hardware Reset:

  1. Locate the Reset Button: Find the reset button on your access point.
  2. Press and Hold: Using a paperclip or similar tool, press and hold the reset button for about 10-15 seconds.
  3. Release the Button.
  4. Wait for Reboot: Allow the access point to reboot completely. This may take a few minutes.

Nebula Reset:

  1. Log in to Nebula Control Center (NCC): Access the Nebula via your web browser.
  2. Select the Access Point: Navigate to the sidebar License & inventory » Devices tab and select the access point you want to reset.
  3. Reset: Find the "Remove from organization" option and click on it, when removed from Nebula organization, Nebula will send reset to default command to make device reset to default status. *Please ensure your device is online on Nebula when perform the device removal.

Note: A factory reset will erase all custom settings on your access point.
