If your device cannot scan for SSIDs, try these steps:

Check Wi-Fi Settings: Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on in your device's settings. Also, confirm that your AP and SSID share the same tag, or both have no tag.

Move Closer to the Router: First, test if you can detect the SSID right under the AP. If you can, gradually move to the problematic area to check if the signal is blocked by environmental factors.

Adjust the Wi-Fi: Once you've identified the signal range, try adjusting the AP power to extend the coverage area.

Adjust the AP Deployment: As a last step, consider repositioning the AP. Place it on the ceiling in the center of the active area. This setup allows the signal to be directed downward for optimal coverage.
